As a Los Angeles County firefighter, three weeks after September 11, 2001 I went back to New York and attended many funerals and offered my support to the firefighters stationed near Ground Zero. Those days had a great impact on me.
I am proud to say that the fire fighters are the longest and most generous donors to the MDA. 'Jerry’s Kids' truly are very special and deserve every penny. That is why it is important that we continue this time-honored tradition
